Refund policy

NON-EU COUNTRIES:

Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or process refunds for signed books, bookplates, stickers, or art prints. Other items are made and shipped from a third-party printer and may have their own return rules.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We highly recommend using Ground Advantage shipping so that your order is insured.

EU COUNTRIES:

• Right of withdrawal — EU customers have the right to withdraw from (cancel) their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, no reason needed.
• Return window — 14 days to notify us, then an additional 14 days to return the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• How to initiate — To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at emporium@charissaweaks.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return. You may also initiate a return directly through your account on our store.
• Refund timeline — Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• Exceptions — The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products (eBooks) once download or access has begun, or to personalized items/books inscribed to a specific person upon the customer's request, or to custom items made to the customer's specifications.
