International customers are responsible for all VAT, tariffs, taxes, (DAP) Delivered At Place, and/or fees associated with their country/region, and the Rebel Emporium will not refund/return any fees associated/affiliated with those orders, including packages that have been refused by the customer (you) or abandoned by the carrier.

Shipping Info

Most orders (except for signed books) are fulfilled and shipped within 7-10 business days (M-F). We do use a third-party printer for most merch, so their fulfillment is dependent on product availability and shipping locations. If you have any issues, just email us at contact@charissaweaks.com. Thank you for your patience!

Pre-Orders

Please note that signed books are only available at certain times throughout the year. We cannot stock and ship hundreds of books on a continuous basis. The processing time for your order should be 5-6 weeks. If we run into issues on our end with the on-time delivery of book shipments, we will contact you with a shipping time-frame adjustment.
